VIDEO: NH1 follows up on National Right to Work Committee campaign funding scheme
NH1 reporter Kevin Landrigan has followed up on our February 16 report in which we documented how the National Right to Work Committee (NRTWC) used an elaborate network of campaign committees to funnel over $25,000 in out-of-state campaign contributions to New Hampshire senatorial candidates.
“Special interest groups never get tired of finding new schemes to pump even more money to their favorite candidates and causes,” declared anchor Paul Mueller.
The scheme – an apparent attempt to shift the Senate’s balance of power in favor of right-to-work legislation – “pushes the envelope of what’s legal and is clearly intended to stay under the radar,” added Keke Vencill.
