The righteous anger and extreme ideology of state Senate candidate Joe Duarte
State Senate candidate Joe Duarte may be new to Twitter – he started tweeting just three weeks ago – but in that short time he has unleashed a torrent of righteous anger and indignation toward Pres. Obama, Hillary Clinton and those who disagree with his extreme ideology.
“Evil emanates from the WH like the glow of a midnight moon,” the three-term representative from Candia writes. “Most everything that @barackobama does flies in the face of Scripture’s definition of righteousness. He and Hillary promote evil tirelessly.”
Obama and Clinton are un-American, Duarte declares. He calls Obama the “Traitor-in-Chief …most anti-America president ever.” Clinton’s “hatred for the United States and Americans is tangible,” he writes.
“When @hillaryclinton lies, then, claims to be a Christian is to violate ‘Thou shall not use the LORD’s name in vain,’ ” Duarte tweets. “@HillaryClinton does not fear God. In due season, she will reap the consequence to sowing to her flesh for 40 years. He will not be mocked.”
Duarte says Clinton is “[w]orse than a zombie, vampire” or werewolf “because she is real; not a figment of one’s imagination.” To support Clinton “is to participate in her sins. A voter will reap the consequence for his/her bad judgment. God will not be mocked.”
Duarte buys into all of the Clinton conspiracy theories being peddled by right wing media. “The many suspicious deaths surrounding [Hillary] and Bill justify a thorough investigation by an independent prosecutor,” he writes. “There isn’t a doubt in the mind of the American people that [Clinton] is very ill and needs 24-hour care. Why hide it? … She is heavily medicated, @hillaryclinton can’t be responsible for what she reads.”
Duarte espouses the extreme ideology of the religious right. “Abortion and Same-sex marriage are not constitutional,” he writes. “A vote for [Clinton] is a vote for abortion, infanticide, euthanasia, same-sex sodomy, pornography, secular humanism, etc. … Agenda 21 is an effort to subjugate the Sovereignty of the United States. Its a contagion spreading in every jurisdiction in the nation.”
“The Democrat Party is a Trojan Horse constructed inside the United States and brought to Congress with the intent to destroy the Republic,” he adds. “When one thinks of Obama, Hillary, Pelosi, and Reid, one realizes they don’t belong in leadership but in prison.”
Duarte has made local control of education a focus of his campaign but he appears to consider public schools a lost cause. “Parents must have control of the morals and values and the content of the curriculum,” he writes. “Parents must prohibit Behavior Modification & Values Clarification and Multiculturalism curriculum at public schools.”
“Public schools were designed to destroy the Christian foundations of America and teach salvation through a godless education,” he explains. “The civil government and their public schools corrupt a child’s godly attitude, [beliefs], morals and values. … Public education combined with a State’s compulsory attendance law is a goldmine for the Left and our children and their parents are victims.”
Duarte makes no apologies or offers of conciliation. “I am committed to rolling back the gains of the Progressive Movement, renewing the authority of the Constitution, and reviving liberty,” he tweets. “I am a constitutional conservative and a Christian. I’m not going to change my mind, my position, or my heart. Ever.”
