Rep. Baldasaro promotes anti-Muslim "news story” from white supremacist, neo-Nazi website
Last night, Republican state Rep. Al Baldasaro posted a link on Facebook to a provocative “news story” titled, “Sweden in total shock as muslim ‘refugee’ rapes girl to death, then continues after she died.”
The story described a purported attack in Sweden in which a woman died while being raped by a Muslim immigrant. In graphic detail, it claimed “the perpetrator continued to rape the woman’s corpse well after she had died.” The Somali immigrant was “apprehended by police while still in the act of raping the murdered woman,” the story claimed.
“Sweden and Norway are in the middle of a massive epidemic of violent rapes,” the piece added. “Crime statistics show that rapes in both countries are overwhelmingly perpetrated by Muslim immigrants.”
Baldasaro suggested the scene could be replayed in the U.S. as the result of federal immigration policy. “Disgraceful,” he wrote, “Is this coming to a city or town near you, with your tax dollars paying for them[?]”
The story that Baldasaro promoted appeared on JewsNews, an Israeli website that features blatantly Islamophobic articles on the “Muslim Rape Epidemic” and the “Islamic takeover of the US” and declares “Hillary Clinton Worked With The Muslim Brotherhood Causing The Murder of Americans In Benghazi.”
A link in the JewsNews article identified the source for the report, which was reproduced verbatim, as The White Resister, a white supremacist, neo-Nazi website.
The White Resister praises Adolf Hitler as a leader of personal sacrifice. “Our movement is unique in that not only did our leader set an example of personal sacrifice during the struggle for power,” it states, “but did so throughout his entire life.”
“We must secure the existence of our people and a future for White children,” the website declares on every page, “because the beauty of White Aryan woman must not perish from the earth.”
