Jack Kimball, former chairman of the New Hampshire Republican Party, shared a video on his Facebook page that claims the Charlie Hebdo shooting was a “false flag” operation.
“Everyone needs to watch this, especially gun owners, prior Military and hunters,” Kimball wrote. “Even the BBC believes this shooting is fake.”
The video Kimball posted, purportedly a BBC News report, includes the now-familiar footage of a French policeman being shot by the assailants. The killing is being called into question, the narrator claims, “due to the lack of blood splatter consistent with a close range shooting.”
“Numerous theories have sprung up concerning these and other alleged inconsistencies … with the general consensus among not just skeptics, but some major news agencies, that the entire event was a false flag attack,” the narrator concludes.
Kimball, the campaign manager for former Sen. Bob Smith’s 2014 primary campaign, added his analysis. “We all know what an AK round will do at point blank range,” he explained. “Watch closely, no head recoil or blood splatter at all. In fact, no blood after the fact either.”
“You can observe the wind shock of the gun being fired but I believe it is produced by blanks,” Kimball continued. “Believe me, I didn’t want to take this position but is becomming [sic] very obvious that something is very wrong with this. Check it out.”
The YouTube video Kimball shared has since been removed due to a Terms of Service violation. A copy of that video is embedded below.
