Commission rejects GOP petition to purge Dover checklists, require voters to re-register in person
The New Hampshire ballot law commission has rejected a petition to purge the voter checklist in Dover Wards 1,2,3 and 4 and require voters to re-register in person. The petition drive was led by former councilman and state representative David Scott, who has been pursuing allegations of voter fraud since he lost a close election in 2004.
