Bill O'Brien denies he’s the partisan antagonist that he’s made out to be – even as he criticizes a “dissembling” Gov. Hassan as the state’s most liberal governor in history who takes orders from “union controllers.”

A dissembling Maggie Hassan criticized me my name twice while not mentioning Walt’s name at all on this morning’s WMUR Close Up show. Do you think it is because the most liberal governor in NH’s history has been told by her union controllers to make sure that when Republicans get the majority to continue to define me as too partisan to be Speaker?
The Maggie Hassan-led meme ignores the fact that this term I sponsored legislation (to allow health care insurance to be purchased across state borders) with a Democrat and that for two years I have shared a cable interview show with a Democrat state representative.
