Arrested development: Gilford dad's birther antics

Before William Baer was arrested in Gilford for disrupting a school board meeting, he was disrupting a congressional town hall meeting in New Jersey over President Obama’s birth certificate. “I’m concerned that the rule of law and the Constitution is basically going to be irrelevant if this issue is not resolved,” he told Congressman Scott Garrett.
